  • Pharmaceutical batches are accompanied by relevant Certificates of Analysis (CoA) where requested.

3. Export Compliance

As an international export partner, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are compliant with the local health regulations and import laws of the destination country. Zyphoramed will provide necessary export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.), but import permits remain the responsibility of the buyer.

We partner with reputed freight forwarders to ensure safe transit. However, Zyphoramed's responsibility ends as per the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).
